Returning to Seattle for my very first solo exhibition at Capitol Hill ArtWalk, I am presenting My Cup Filling Project. This collection of work chronicles the time from when my (ex) fiancée broke our engagement in Seattle, until now. Once I moved back home to Hawaii in 2015, heartbroken by my mom’s side, I was advised to “fill your cup; you can’t fill anyone else’s cup if yours isn’t filled.” This is the story of My Cup Filling Project.
